Morse Welcomes Ryan Whelpley to the Firm

WALTHAM, MA – Morse is pleased to welcome Ryan Whelpley to the Firm as an Associate. Ryan joins the Corporate Practice Group.

Ryan focuses his practice on due diligence for equity offerings for startup and emerging growth companies, legal research and analysis, and general corporate governance matters. He advises both publicly held and private companies in federal securities compliance and corporate governance best practices.
