Directions

From Logan International Airport

Leave Logan Airport and follow signs for the Ted Williams Tunnel (toll road). Take the Tunnel to the Mass. Turnpike. Take the Mass. Turnpike West to Exit 15 and take Route 128 (I-95) North.

For garage parking: Take Route 128 North (I-95) to Exit 43A-B and bear right for THIRD AVE. Take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Third Ave and then your first left onto Prospect Hill Lane. The garage entrance will be on your immediate left. See garage info below.

From the North

Take Route 128 (I-95) South to Exit 43A, Totten Pond Road/Third Ave. Follow the exit over Route 128. At the first traffic light, take a right onto Third Ave and then your first left onto Prospect Hill Lane. The garage entrance will be on your immediate left. See garage info below.

From the South

Take Route 128 North (I-95) to Exit 43A-B and bear right for THIRD AVE. Take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Third Ave and then your first left onto Prospect Hill Lane. The garage entrance will be on your immediate left. See garage info below.

Garage Parking / Inside the Building

The Prospect Hill entrance is located at the rear of the garage. You will enter on level 4. Go left to drive towards the bridge to 10 CityPoint on level 3. To get to Morse’s offices (located in 20 CityPoint), take the bridge on garage level 3 to building level 2. Once in 10 CityPoint, take the bridge on your right to the 20 CityPoint building and take the elevator to floor 4.

Please use caution when driving in the garage as other vehicles and foot traffic will be present.

Visitor Parking
Visitor parking is located in the garage on level 1. All surface parking is designated for retail customers.

Handicap Parking
Handicap parking is available in front of the building and at each level of the garage adjacent to the elevators.
