Morse is thrilled to announce that Faith D. Kasparian has been named a 2026 Go To Lawyer for Cybersecurity and Data Privacy by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, marking the third time she has received this distinguished recognition! This feature was created in 2020 to showcase leaders in the Massachusetts legal community by practice area. Each lawyer featured was nominated by their colleagues and chosen by a panel from Lawyers Weekly.
Since joining Morse in 2008, Faith has built and continues to lead the firm’s Privacy and Data Security Practice as Practice Chair. She advises clients at every stage of growth on state, federal, and international privacy laws, as well as commercial agreements involving privacy and data security. She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US). Previously recognized as a Go To Lawyer in 2022 and 2024, Faith’s latest honor is a testament to her deep experience and dedication to her practice.
With her leadership in privacy law and commitment to helping clients navigate an increasingly complex privacy and data security landscape, it comes as no surprise that Faith was named one of this year’s “Go-To” lawyers. Please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved recognition and wishing her continued success!
