2019-2023 M&A Deals

In the last five years, Morse has advised M&A clients on an average of 20 transactions per year collectively valued at $2.6 billion. In 2023, Morse saw an equal number of deals for both the buy and sell side of transactions.

Morse has counseled clients in a variety of industries including software, medical devices, life sciences, e-commerce and professional services.  Morse has also represented clients in a number of cross-border transactions.
