Morse celebrates 30 years of providing outstanding legal services to our clients! In 2023, 53% of all VC deals were convertible equity rounds with Morse’s largest transaction being $80 million. This past year our venture capital attorneys handled more VC transactions on the company side than investor side.

In the last decade, Morse has completed over 600 VC financings, helping our clients raise nearly $7 billion.
