The Commonwealth has issued the final regulations for the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) which will govern paid leave effective in 2 parts on January 1, 2021 and July 1, 2021. Many employers are still determining what they need to do, how those decisions will impact their disability benefits and leave policies and how to implement these requirements within their own organizations.
