Morse is pleased to share that InfiniteWatch, an AI-native platform for customer interaction intelligence, has recently raised $4 million in pre-seed funding led by Base10 Partners. This investment will fuel InfiniteWatch’s continued growth and help accelerate enhancements across its product suite.
InfiniteWatch has developed a unified AI engine that continuously analyzes and learns from customer interactions daily, identifying patterns, predicting issues before they impact customers, and recommending real-time optimizations. The platform currently offers two core products, Session Replay Agent and Voice Agent, which monitor existing interactions and deploy production AI systems. Looking ahead to 2026, InfiniteWatch plans to expand its offerings with Messaging Agent, Email Agent, and AI co-browsing capabilities
Morse attorneys Scott Bleier and Ryan Whelpley served as counsel to InfiniteWatch in this transaction.
Scott says, “AI agents are now increasingly common in everyday interactions with customer service, sales, and product support. However, as these systems increasingly handle real conversations, a major problem has come into focus: no one can observe what the agents are actually doing. InfiniteWatch aims to eliminate this important blind spot by making AI systems as observable and trustworthy as any human-run process. Morse was thrilled to represent InfiniteWatch in connection with its seed financing round and looks forward to the company’s continued success.”
Additional details on the investment can be found in InfiniteWatch’s press release.
