Jen is a member of the Corporate Practice Group at Morse, where her practice focuses on general corporate representation, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Jen advises companies at every stage of the corporate lifecycle — from pre-incorporation planning to seed, venture, and growth-stage financings, as well as joint ventures and strategic exits. She also represents venture capital funds in connection with their investments in emerging companies.
Jen rejoined Morse after serving as Associate General Counsel at a medical device company where she advised on a wide range of matters including corporate governance, fundraising, compliance, sales operations, and human resources. In this role, she guided the company from venture funding through its successful IPO. Jen began her legal career in the corporate department of a large Boston law firm.
