	Represented Officeworks, Inc., an office space consulting firm providing innovative office interior solutions, in its acquisition of Workplace Environments, expanding its service to the Philadelphia market, and becoming the only contract furniture focused dealer in the country with locations in Boston, New York, and Philadelphia.
	Represented East Coast Benefit Plans, a preeminent employee benefit service organization, in its acquisition by OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest company focused exclusively on employee benefits.
	Represented Asterand Bioscience, a global provider of high quality, well-characterized human tissue and research solutions, in its acquisition by BioreclamationIVT, a leading provider of biospecimens and related services.
	Represented Kadant Inc. (NYSE: KAI), a global supplier of high-value, critical components and engineered systems used in process industries worldwide, in its acquisition of certain assets of Unaflex, LLC, a leading manufacturer of expansion joints and related products for process industries.
