Setting a new transactional record for the Firm, Morse represented its clients in a range of venture capital deals in 2019, including convertible note financings, equity investments, and sales of preferred stock. Our VC attorneys counseled companies in an array of industries, including biotechnology, AI, travel, software, and medical devices, among others.

Morse closed over 90 venture financings totaling nearly $1.3 billion in proceeds raised.
