Morse is pleased to announce that, as of August 9, 2019, our Waltham offices will be located at 20 CityPoint, 480 Totten Pond Road, Waltham, MA. The firm signed a 12-year lease to occupy about 22,000 square feet in the brand-new, built-to-suit building, literally just down the hill from our previous offices in the burgeoning CityPoint district. The building is sleekly modern, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass offices and conference rooms providing maximum natural light. A proponent of the “paperless office,” Lisa Warren, Managing Partner, suggests the glass office fronts will help promote the Firm’s move away from traditional paper files.

“In keeping with the freshening of our brand this year, we’re moving with a future-leaning mindset,” Warren said, “and with a commitment to providing a technologically state-of-the-art environment for our employees and guests. Like its adjoining neighbor at 10 CityPoint, our striking new building is expected to acquire a LEED Platinum certification. We also want to take advantage of the expansion of our CityPoint neighborhood, its interesting restaurants and retail businesses, and its enhanced opportunities for recreation, all of which exude an infectious sense of energy and vibrancy. Additionally, we welcome the increase in nearby hotel space as a convenience to our clients who visit from across the country and the globe.”
