Morse Announces 2023 Attorney Elevations

Waltham, MA – Morse is pleased to announce the following elevations effective January 1, 2023. Joseph Hunt and Richard Cocci have been elevated to Member and Elizabeth Resteghini has been elevated to Senior Attorney.

Joe is an active member of both the Corporate and Tax Practice groups, advising clients spanning a variety of different industries throughout all stages of their business life cycle, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity finance, corporate and tax structuring, and startups. He has been with the Firm since 2017, most recently as Senior Attorney.

A member of the Corporate Practice group, Rick focuses in the areas of emerging and growth technology companies, venture capital, M&A transactions, and corporate governance. He advises his clients on a variety of corporate matters, including formation, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. Rick has been with the Firm since 2020, most recently as Senior Attorney.

Liz is an active member of the Corporate Practice, focusing on both buy-side and sell-side mergers & acquisitions, venture capital investments, equity and convertible note financings for startup and emerging growth companies, and general corporate matters. She has been with the firm since 2018, most recently as an Associate.
