Morse is pleased to announce that Maisa, an agentic process automation platform helping enterprises streamline complex processes, has closed its Series Seed financing round, led by Creandum. This investment supported the launch of Maisa Studio, designed to address common points of failure in enterprise AI.
Maisa Studio is a model-agnostic, self-serve platform that enables users to deploy digital workers trained using natural language. Its unique “chain-of-work” method uses AI to map out processes step-by-step, focusing on how to reach the desired outcome rather than simply generating a response. To further enhance accuracy, Maisa incorporates a HALP system (human-augmented LLM processing), where the AI explains its steps while humans guide and review its work. This combination of transparency and oversight creates more flexible and reliable automation, setting Maisa apart in the enterprise AI space.
Morse attorneys Scott Bleier and Ryan Whelpley served as counsel to Maisa in this transaction.
Additional details on the investment can be found in Maisa’s press release.
