Attorney Sebastian Estrada Joins Morse

WALTHAM, MA – Morse welcomes attorney Sebastian Estrada as an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group. Sebastian’s practice will focus on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, and general corporate governance, bringing a fresh perspective to the intricacies of modern corporate law.

Sebastian was a law clerk at Morse in the Corporate Practice while earning his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. He then went on to receive his B.A. in Political Science and Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina. A native Spanish speaker, Sebastian has experience assisting both domestic and Latin American clients in their corporate matters.

Sebastian writes, “I’ve already been a part of the Morse family for a while, so it was an easy decision to officially join the firm. I’m excited to take part in the sophisticated and challenging work the Corporate team handles.”
