Morse Welcomes Corporate Counsel Daniel E. Wilcox

WALTHAM, MA – Morse is pleased to welcome Daniel E. Wilcox to the Firm. Dan joins the Corporate Practice Group as Counsel.

A seasoned corporate and transactional lawyer, Dan will continue to focus his practice on M&A, joint ventures, and VC financings. Prior to joining Morse, he gained experience working both at leading international law firms and in-house at a multinational software company and a Fortune 100 food company. His unique range of experience will afford him strong insight into the challenges corporate clients face.
