Attorney Daniel E. Wilcox focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and venture capital transactions. As a seasoned corporate and transactional lawyer, Dan has worked with clients to navigate and close complex deals. In addition, with a strong operating background, Dan serves as outside counsel to clients in a variety of industries with a particular focus on technology and the life sciences.

Prior to joining Morse, Dan worked at leading international law firms advising on major corporate transactions. He has also worked as in-house counsel at a multinational software company and as a corporate counsel for M&A and venture capital investments at one of the largest Fortune 100 food companies in the world. Dan’s in-house experience affords him strong insight into the needs and challenges of corporate clients.

Dan is experienced in advising his clients through all phases of the business life cycle, from formation to exit. In particular, with his corporate experience and deep knowledge of his clients’ business, Dan is a trusted advisor to clients across the entrepreneurial lifecycle.

Outside the office

In his leisure time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, cooking barbeque and reading historical fiction.
