Morse Serves as Counsel to WinterWyman in Acquisition by Planet Group

The acquisition aligns with Planet’s strategic plan of providing a full suite of professional staffing and consulting services to a global client base.

Morse partners Joe Marrow and Joe Martinez led a team of dedicated attorneys serving as counsel to WinterWyman. The firm advised the industry leader, guiding the company in the structuring, negotiation and documentation related to the transaction.
