Peter is a dynamic business lawyer specializing in corporate transactions.  As a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department, he advises clients on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital investments, equity and convertible note financings for startup and emerging growth companies and outside general counsel matters. His clients range from technology, media, consumer product and cannabis companies, as well as other small and mid-cap corporations and financial institutions.

Peter is also well versed in commercial transactions that involve licensing, shareholder rights, vendor and consumer services, corporate governance and executive employment.

He runs deals from beginning to end, while working closely with his clients, many of whom also call upon Peter to provide outside general counsel services both before and after transactions.

Peter’s deep understanding of his client’s businesses, respective risk tolerance and the legal issues most relevant to them is invaluable.  It allows him to help companies seamlessly adapt to rapidly changing markets. Peter applies an execution-oriented approach to the practice of law that facilitates the efficient management of his clients’ growth, corporate structures, intellectual property and financial discipline. Prior to law school, Peter served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, aboard the USS Denver (LPD-9), deploying twice in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. During his service, Peter attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander and was awarded two Navy-Marine Corps Commendation Medals and a Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal.

While in law school, Peter was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center.

In his spare time, Peter enjoys playing the guitar, golfing and going on ski trips with his fiancé, Lynn. He is currently searching for the best pizza, burger and live music spots in Boston and is open to recommendations.
