M&A News: Morse Client Garvin Construction Products in Acquisition by Beacon

Morse’s M&A practice is pleased to announce Beacon (NASDAQ:  BECN), a Fortune 500 distributor of building products, successfully completed the acquisition of waterproofing distributor Garvin Construction Products, a family-owned business, which for over 70 years has served design professionals, contractors, and owners with complete building envelope solutions including restoration, glass, tinting, and glazing.
