Morse is pleased to welcome Laurie Burlingame to the firm. Laurie joins our Corporate Practice Group as a Member.
Laurie arrives from Morgan Lewis, where she was a partner in the Corporate Business Transactions and Life Sciences practice. She brings extensive experience representing companies and investors across the life sciences and technology industries in corporate, ECVC, M&A, licensing, and commercial agreement matters. Her clients include pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, biological materials and tools, AI, and other technology companies, and she also represents venture capital firms and hedge funds in connection with their portfolio investments.
Before her time at Morgan Lewis, Laurie spent 17 years at Goodwin Procter LLP. She is Chambers-ranked in Life Sciences and serves on the Board of Directors of Families for Depression Awareness and Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn. Laurie writes,
