WALTHAM, MA – Morse is pleased to welcome Claire Driscoll to the firm. Claire is joining our Corporate Practice Group.
Claire was a law clerk at Bernkopf Goodman while earning her J.D. from Boston College Law School. She also gained valuable experience as a summer law clerk at the City of Newton Law Department and as the Managing Editor for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. Claire will support clients in M&A transactions, venture capital financings, and general corporate governance.
