Morse Serves as Counsel to Skylla Technologies in Acquisition by Movensys

Morse is pleased to announce the successful acquisition by Movensys, of Morse client Skylla Technologies, a company revolutionizing automation with people-centric robot intelligence. This acquisition aims to develop a global brand by providing the world’s leading software platform for smart automation.

Launched in 2017, Skylla Technologies uses machine learning to teach robots how to interact with people. Their “human-aware”​ technology allows robots to work safely while still being effective. They develop specialized solutions for a diverse array of industries and are currently working with navigation, environment mapping, robot arm manipulation, multi-robot coordination, and object detection and recognition.
