As an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group, Monica Sax works with startups and emerging growth companies in venture capital financings and M&A transactions, in addition to advising them on matter of corporate governance.
While in law school, Monica was a student attorney at the Northeastern University School of Law Community Business Clinic where she represented local small business and community organizations and advised them on formation of entity and general business matters, and drafted their related documents. Monica served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judith G. Dein of the U.S. District Court. Monica was also a senior staff member for the Northeastern Law Review and Vice Chair of the Women’s Law Caucus.
Outside the office
Outside the office, Monica is an avid reader and enjoys books of all genres. She also enjoys visiting new places, golfing and spending time with family and friends.
