As an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group, Monica works with startups and emerging growth companies in venture capital financings and M&A transactions, in addition to advising them on matters of corporate governance.
Prior to joining Morse full time, Monica served as a law clerk at the firm, assisting in due diligence, research and other various projects. Monica also worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Judith G. Dein of the U.S. District Court and in-house at an education-technology company. Monica served as a student attorney at the Northeastern University School of Law Community Business Clinic where she represented local small businesses and community organizations and advised them on formation of entity and general business matters. She was also a senior staff member for the Northeastern Law Review and Vice Chair of the Women’s Law Caucus.

Outside the office, Monica is an avid reader and enjoys books of all genres. She also enjoys visiting new places, golfing and spending time with family and friends.
