Patent Attorney Daniel Branson Joins Morse

WALTHAM, MA – Morse is pleased to welcome Daniel Branson to the Firm as an Associate. Dan joins the Firm’s Patent Practice Group.

Dan is a Registered Patent Attorney and a former Patent Examiner with over 17 years of experience. Dan is dedicated to securing and expanding the intellectual property rights of the firm’s clientele, with a particular focus on foreign and domestic patent prosecution and application drafting in the life science, pharmaceutical, medical device, and treatment fields.

Prior to joining Morse, Dan developed extensive knowledge of the patenting process as a Patent Examiner at the US Patent and Trademark Office. While there, he handled all aspects of examination for more than a thousand patent applications in the fields of life sciences, pharmaceuticals, crop science, cosmetics, medical devices, immunology, and biocides. Dan’s IP experience also includes positions at several IP boutique firms and an in-house role at a Massachusetts biotech company.
