Richard D. Cocci

As a member in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group, Rick focuses primarily in the areas of emerging and growth technology companies, venture capital, M&A transactions and corporate governance.

As a member of the Corporate Department, Rick advises his clients on a variety of corporate matters, including formation, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. He also advises venture capital funds in connection with venture and growth equity investments in emerging companies.

Prior to joining Morse, Rick was a member of the Technology Companies Group at Goodwin Procter LLP.

Before attending law school, Rick worked as a Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst for State Street Global Markets in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, Rick managed projects for the Global Markets’ foreign exchange trading desk.
